Jochen worked successively in the legal profession (2010-2012), at KPMG (2012-2016), as a freelancer (2016-2021) and as founder and HR legal companion at iuser. Since August 2023, he has been co-CEO of hukaroi. His expertise lies within the fields of business and payroll strategy, labor law and social security in the broadest sense both in a Belgian and international context and in finance. Jochen is also attached to the VUB as a scientific collaborator. He researches and publishes in Belgian and international journals on a variety of topics. He is a regular speaker on various topics within strategy, remuneration policy and HR legal. He likes to stir up public debate with his opinions. He is a keen sportsman and will not shy away from any challenge.
